Wendy Wagner is the Richard Dale Endowed Chair at the University of Texas School of Law. Wagner earned her J.D. and masters degree in environmental studies from Yale University. Before joining academia, Wagner worked at the US Department of Justice and US Department of Agriculture. Wagner’s research focuses on issues related to the design of bureaucratic processes, environmental and health regulation, and law and science.
