Phil is a trial lawyer at Military Defender, where he focuses on military criminal defense, security clearance defense, and the correction of military records and discharges. He culminated his 22 year career in the United States Marine Corps when he was certified and sworn as a military judge in 2004. He has tried over 200 cases across the world and is on faculty at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.
