Penny R. Robe (formerly Phillips) currently serves as Principal Attorney at Robe Law Firm, providing legal services in the probate of testate and intestate estates; estate planning; guardianship applications; family law matters, including divorce, child custody and child support enforcement and modification and specializing in assisting active, former and retired military personnel; business law and corporate transactions for companies too small to have their own in-house law department.
Prior to opening Robe Law Firm, Penny Phillips spent a decade as in-house corporate counsel. She most recently served as in-house corporate counsel to Pinnacle Anesthesia Consultants, a large anesthesia practice management group, with over 700 healthcare providers in Texas and the Mid-Atlantic region. She also served as regional and technology counsel to PBS&J, a nationwide engineering, architecture, and sciences firm, with over 4000 employees in over 70 offices and annual revenue over $500 million. Prior to working for PBS&J, Penny Phillips was the first corporate counsel for Star’s Edge International, a seminar corporation operating internationally, adding hundreds of licensees annually.
