Born and raised in North Alabama, she is known for her strategic thinking, litigation skills, and professionalism. Peggy routinely handles cases involving premises and product liability, negligent security, food contamination, amusement park litigation, and general liability. She also has extensive experience in commercial matters, code compliance, defamation, environmental toxic torts, and crisis management, along with over a decade in public entity defense. Peggy began her legal career at a prominent Orlando defense firm, later co-founding Southern Trial Counsel | PLC and serving as managing partner. She has over 30 years of business experience, holds top ratings and certifications, and is a dedicated mentor and volunteer.
