Nick Anderson is Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Clio, where he is responsible for all Post-Sales functions, including onboarding, support, and customer education. He plays a key role in driving Clio’s world-class customer experience. Previously, Nick led Post-Sales at ServiceTitan and held senior roles at Cornerstone and McKinsey & Company. Nick is recognized as a Top 50 CX Innovator. When not building an amazing customer experience, Nick enjoys playing tennis and cooking with family.
