Originally from New York, New York, Nancy Goldstein came to California to go to law school at the University of San Diego. Her path to becoming a litigator was not a direct one. She clerked for a litigation and appellate firm, acted as an investigator for local San Diego personal injury attorneys, and co-owned and operated a research company that provided research and writing for attorneys in the area.
Now, after practicing since 1984, Ms. Goldstein puts her analytical skills to work by solving access issues in real estate matters including determining the existence, use and continuity of easements; assisting with land use decisions; working out difficult real estate, development and escrow issues; and drafting documents.
Nancy Goldstein and Jeremy Evans offer guidance for solo and small firms for managing the many roles they play with a balanced perspective.
