Michele A. “Missy” Gavagni is the executive director of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners since 2006. From 1995 to 2006 she served as the director of examinations for the board, supervising the preparation, administration, and grading of the general bar examination. She began her career at the Florida Board of Bar Examiners in 1989 as an investigative analyst. She has served as the chair of the Council of Bar Admission Administrators and currently serves as a member of the Florida Bar Student Education and Admission to the Bar Committee and the Standing Committee on Professionalism. She is also the 2018-19 chair of the National Conference of Bar Examiners.
