Melissa Hamilton is vice president of NALA and a paralegal at North Dakota’s Office of the Attorney General. She is an Advanced Certified Parelegal in family law and contracts administration & management. Melissa earned her B.S. in paralegal studies from Minnesota State University in Moorhead in 1992.
