Matthew Zorn is a litigation attorney and partner at the firm Yetter Coleman LLP. Matthew represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on IP, patent and regulatory litigation.
He has significant expertise in federal jurisdiction and procedure; and is recognized as an authority in issues relating to the federal Controlled Substance Act and issues relating to cannabis regulation (even being named to the Law360 2020 Cannabis Editorial Advisory Board).
Before joining Yetter Coleman, Matt was a judicial clerk to the Hon. Rodney Gilstrap, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Texas. Before then, he was a litigator with Paul, Weiss in New York City.
