Matt Spiegel

Matt Spiegel is the co-founder and CEO of Lawmatics, an attorney-client relationship management platform.

A serial entrepreneur and former practicing criminal defense attorney, Spiegel leads the vision at Lawmatics. In 2010 he founded MyCase, which went on to become one of the most popular cloud-based legal practice management solutions, acquired in 2012 by AppFolio, where he remained as GM until 2015.

In 2015, Spiegel founded ExpoGuru, an event marketing management software company. In late 2015, he became the CEO of Cammy, a global consumer tech company with headquarters in Sydney, Australia. In 2017, he decided that it was time to go back into the legal software industry with the Lawmatics platform.

Lawmatics streamlines and simplifies the entire legal client journey, automating everything from client intake to establishing repeat business and referrals. With Lawmatics, law firms win more business, impress more clients, and become substantially more efficient.

Spiegel earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Arizona and his JD at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
