Mary K. deLeo is a shareholder with the law firm of Weintraub Tobin Chediak Coleman Grodin Law Corporation in Sacramento, California. Her practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, trust and estate administration, conservatorships, fiduciary representation, special needs trust administration, planning for incapacity, and elder law.
Ms. deLeo is a member of the Executive Committee of the Trusts & Estates Section (TEXCOM) of the California Lawyers Association. She is also a co-Editor-in-Chief of the California Trusts and Estates Quarterly, the premier publication for California trusts and estates practitioners. She serves as a co-chair of TEXCOM’s Legislation Subcommittee, which works with the California legislature in drafting trusts and estates legislation. She is also a past chair of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association. She is a member of the Trusts and Estates and Taxation Sections of the California Lawyers Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Sacramento Estate
Planning Council. She received her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Western State University College of Law.
