Mark Pustay is a litigation attorney at New Mexico Legal Group with extensive trial and mediation experience on both the civil and criminal side. Before joining NMLG, he served as Managing Attorney for United South Broadway Corporation’s Fair Lending Center (a 2012 State Bar of New Mexico Outstanding Program award recipient), providing pro bono representation to low-income New Mexicans. He previously prosecuted felony domestic violence and violent crimes as an Assistant District Attorney for Santa Fe’s 1st Judicial District, and practiced civil rights litigation and criminal defense at Gorence & Oliveros PC.
Mark holds a B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College, a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and a master’s degree from the University of New Mexico, where he also teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science.
