Mark Eiglarsh is the owner of the Law Offices of Mark Eiglarsh. He was voted by his peers one of the “Best of the Bar,” and was also named as one of Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite”, an honor given to less than one percent of the lawyers in the state. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law, and enjoys an “AV rating” from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating obtainable. After graduation, he served as a Miami-Dade County Prosecutor from 1992-1996. He has been involved in numerous “high-profile” matters throughout his career. Mark Eiglarsh is a member of many professional and community service organizations. He is a member of both the National and Florida Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he served on the Board of Directors of the Miami Chapter. Additionally, he serves as an Ambassador for the Miami chapter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, previously serving on the Board of Directors for (since 1998) and previously served as a mentor to an “at risk” child. Additionally, he is a Leadership Miami Graduate. Mr. Eiglarsh is a heavily sought after lecturer and speaker as well. Mr. Eiglarsh is frequently asked to provide the media with legal commentary and is featured weekly on HLN (Headline News) and The Fox News Channel. He has also made numerous appearances as a featured legal analyst on Fox News’, “The O’Reilly Factor” and was also interviewed on 60 Minutes, The Today Show, and E Entertainment Television. Mr. Eiglarsh’s main office is located in the heart of Miami, at 4770 Biscayne Boulevard. He also has satellite offices in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Weston, Boca Raton, West Palm and Orlando. Mr. Eiglarsh focuses his practice on State and Federal Criminal Defense.
