He has obtained numerous summary judgments and judgments after trial for clients in complex litigation cases. Mark has handled a diverse range of litigation matters, include disputes involving product defect claims, non-compete and theft of trade secret claims, consumer finance, real estate, trusts and estates disputes and breach of contract claims. Mark also defends corporations against class claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
