Marjorie Corman Aaron is Professor and Director at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She regularly designs and teaches workshops on negotiation, client communication, mediation, and decision analysis for law firms, corporations and other organizations. She also teaches and coaches clients in communication and presentation skills and strategies. Additionally, Professor Aaron is the author of Risk and Rigor: A Lawyer’s Guide to Assessing Cases and Advising Clients (DRI Press, 2019) and Client Science: Advice for Lawyers on Counseling Clients through Bad News and Other Legal Realities (Oxford University Press, 2012), and Negotiating Outcomes: Pocket Mentor Series (Harvard Business School Press, 2007). She has authored numerous chapters, articles and case simulations in client communication, mediation, negotiation, and decision analysis and has produced many videos on effective practice.
