Lindsay Belmont is a family law attorney with more than a decade of experience handling matters from high net worth divorces to contested child custody cases. She has argued before both the Nebraska Court of Appeals and the Nebraska Supreme Court, and she pairs strategic counsel with an understanding of the emotional weight family law cases carry.
Lindsay is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association’s House of Delegates and chairs the bar’s Family Law Section. She has written for The Nebraska Lawyer, presented on family law topics locally and nationally, and was named to U.S. News & World Report’s Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Lindsay earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kansas and her law degree, with distinction and a concentration in family law, from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
