Leela Madan is a licensed patent attorney and owner of Madan Law PLLC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and mathematics and has extensive experience in patent prosecution, specifically in chemistry, as well as various other types of engineering and technologies. Madan also has extensive experience with U.S. trademark practices, including obtaining trademark registrations, as well as defending opposition and cancelation proceedings, conducting regular policing to identify infringers, as well as prosecuting matters before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
