Laura Gibson is currently a partner and head of the Labor & Employment Section at Dentons in Houston, TX. Laura has been practicing law in Houston for 36 years, starting her career at a mid-sized Texas-based firm as an associate and later partner. In 1993, she founded a four person trial firm where she practiced for 24 years. In her current role at Dentons, she represents management in employment matters and executive level employees in contract negotiations, covenants not to compete, and severance agreements.
