Laura Chance is Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP’s project manager for research & library technology. She has worked in both academic and law libraries, implementing software and supporting patrons and colleagues as they adopt new technology. She is trained in user experience design and applies both UX and design thinking methodologies to librarianship. Laura holds a Master of Science in library & information science from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and comparative literature from the University of Georgia.
