Kyle McEntee is a licensed North Carolina attorney with a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Prior to entering law school, Kyle was a freelance web developer and co-owner and operator of a North Carolina home and farm services company. Kyle co-founded LST with Patrick in 2009 with the desire to help prospective law students make informed decisions and to make legal education affordable. He is a frequent commenter in the legal and traditional press, as well as on expert panels, on these and other legal education issues. Kyle was named Above the Law’s 2010 Lawyer of the Year, an ABA Journal Legal Rebel in 2012, and to the 2012 Fastcase 50 for his work with LST. He has been named the 5th most influential person in legal education by National Jurist and among the 100 most influential lawyers in America by the National Law Journal.
