Koji Fukumura is chair of Cooley’s securities litigation practice and serves on the firm’s management committee. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including the defense of securities class actions, derivative suits, M&A-related class actions and government investigations. He also regularly conducts internal investigations for boards as well as their audit or special litigation committees. Koji is currently chair of the ABA Section of Litigation.
