Kisha A. Brown is CEO and founder of Justis Connection. She is a passionate civil rights attorney who has spoken at countless forums on police reform, civilian rights, workplace discrimination, and community empowerment. She has served as an attorney in Maryland for over 14 years and was the executive director of the Baltimore City Office of Civil Rights and Wage Enforcement from 2015 to 2017.
An innovative leader, Ms. Brown’s career includes extensive community outreach on a myriad of issues including immigrant rights, sexual harassment education, wage fraud, and family law. Much of her time is devoted to efforts for bringing about systemic change through legislative lobbying and public policy development.
