Kimberly “Kim” Maney is assistant general counsel and head of the global biopharma company GSK’s global contracting organization. Her in-house career has focused on providing strategic, business-focused legal counsel to senior leaders across a variety of industries including telecom, utilities, and pharmaceuticals. Maney’s practice areas include privacy, manufacturing, FDA regulation, media buying and planning, digital and technology innovation, and small and large transactions across all subject matters. As the head of the global contracting organization, she leads a team of paralegals and attorneys focused on template development and optimized contracting efficiency across the organization. She is also a member of GSK’s global legal operation’s leadership team, working to develop and manage industry-leading processes for the delivery of in-house legal services for the organization.
Maney earned her bachelor’s degree at Howard University and her JD at the University of Wisconsin-Madiso
