Kelly Roberts is a Sarasota-based bankruptcy and business attorney. Her practice includes representation of consumer bankruptcy debtors from North Port up to the Tampa area and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. She also assists business owners with starting new businesses, contract needs, or dispute resolution.
Roberts is active in local, state, and national bar groups and is currently serving as a director for the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Sarasota Chapter.
Roberts earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
