Kat is a member of Hinckley Allen’s Litigation group. Her work focuses primarily on environmental regulatory work and a variety of land-use and permitting issues related to large-scale renewable energy projects, including offshore wind farms and solar facilities. She represents public utilities and private parties in regulatory matters heard before state agencies. Kat also represents clients in their appeals to the Superior and Supreme Courts. Additionally, Kat has experience litigating complex commercial matters involving shareholder issues in closely held companies and contract disputes.
