Katherine Lee Goyette is an Associate Attorney for Fendley & Etson, Attorneys at Law, in Clarksville Tennessee, focusing on personal injury, criminal defense, and family law matters. Prior to that, Katherine was a temporary contract attorney for the Human Trafficking Institute. She formerly prosecuted in southern Colorado as a Deputy District Attorney under a military spouse law license prior to her PCS. She previously worked as a legislative attorney for the Kansas Legislature for five years. Katherine has served as co-chair of the Diversity Committee of the Kansas Bar Association, and regularly writes for the Journal of the Kansas Bar Association. Katherine is actively involved with MSJDN, having previously served on the board as Treasurer and helping with rule change efforts in Kansas, Missouri, West Virginia, and New Mexico. She is an avid cyclist and has completed multiple long-distance races, including an Ironman 70.3 and Ironman-distance (140.6 miles) triathlons. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Katherine is a proud Team RWB Fort Campbell member and resides at Fort Campbell, KY with her active duty Army husband.
