Karl Kong is SVP of Product at Axiom, where he has dedicated his career to uniting top legal talent with the future of legal work. He has worked with Fortune 500 legal departments to harness technology, data, and dynamic teams to improve legal delivery. As Head of Product, Karl leads the development of a platform that empowers thousands of lawyers across seven countries to discover opportunities, connect, and collaborate. Prior to founding the product team at Axiom, he served as its first Chief of Staff to the CEO.
Karl has also previously served on the Board of Axiom’s social responsibility organization, Axiom Engage, and as Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Committee of The Possibility Project, which works to improve the lives of young people through the arts and community action.
