Justin Gold is a partner with Oldman, Cooley, Sallus, Birnberg, Coleman & Gold LLP, in California and focuses his practice in litigation concerning probate estates, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships. Mr. Gold received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. He is admitted to practice in California, the United States District Court (Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California) and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Gold is a co-author of “The Viability of No Contest Clauses in Estate Planning” in the Los Angeles Lawyer, April 2009. He has lectured to the Santa Monica, Long Beach and Los Angeles County Bar Associations about the no contest legislation, PVP training and preparation immediately before trial. He has been named as a Southern California Super Lawyer since 2013.
