Joy works with legal and education professionals engaged in Street Law’s Legal Diversity Pipeline Programs. Joy has over 20 years of experience in teaching, program management, and curriculum design. Her areas of expertise are civic education, college success, and educational equity. Previously, she worked as an independent education consultant advising organizations and programs that support underserved and underrepresented students. She is a graduate of Douglass College (B.A.); Ohio State University (M.A.); and Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D.).
