John K. Phoebus

John Phoebus is the founding partner of Anthenelli, Phoebus & Hickman, LLC, a boutique litigation firm on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. John primarily practices criminal defense and personal injury, handling multiple jury trials each year. In 2024, he won two $1 million plus jury verdicts, including the largest in that county’s history at the time ($2.38 million). As the leader of a small litigation firm, he is always looking for new and innovative ways to use technology in his practice.
