Jim Delkousis

Founder and CEO of PERSUIT™, an outside counsel management platform which enables client organizations to scope and receive competitive and easy to compare proposals from their law firms of choice.

For over 20 years, Jim Delkousis has experienced all forms of dispute resolution, with a particular focus on major construction and infrastructure project disputes. Until recently, Jim was Co-Global Head of DLA Piper’s Infrastructure, Construction and Transport sector.

Jim provided dispute resolution advice (including the implementation of strategies to avoid the traditional paths of litigation and arbitration) and also conducted all forms of dispute resolution over a range of major infrastructure projects, throughout Australia, Asia and the Middle East. Having spent more than six years in the UAE, Jim has acquired invaluable on the ground experience in conducting major disputes across multiple jurisdictions in the Middle East.
