Jill Epstein is the CEO of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of California. She has more than two decades of C-level experience guiding diverse membership organizations as they grow, innovate, and overcome complex challenges. Inspiring and educating organizations – from the board to the members, stakeholders, and staff – is key to her successful management and orchestrating initiatives. She has worked in fields including medical, financial services, legal, and healing arts. She previously served as the executive director of the San Diego County Bar Association among other positions.
Epstein earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan and her JD at the American University Washington College of Law.
