Jerry Reinsdorf is chairman of the Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bulls, and a graduate of the Northwestern Law (JD ’60). During his tenures, the Bulls and White Sox have delivered seven World Championship titles to the city of Chicago. His contributions to the Chicago community have been recognized by organizations including the Trial Lawyers Club of Chicago, the Chicago Historical Society, the Chicago Jewish Sporting Hall of Fame and the Chicago Sports Hall of Fame. Reinsdorf was honored with the 2011 Jefferson Award for community service and volunteerism, and the Barnes & Thornburg Jackie Robinson Award for diversity in the workplace. In 2017, Silver Chalice Ventures, an affiliate of the White Sox, joined with Sinclair Broadcast Group, MLBAM, the NHL, the PGA TOUR and Time Inc. to launch Stadium, a 24/7 multiplatform sports network available across the country.
