Jason Crosby is a business attorney and privacy law practitioner working in Colorado. He represents small businesses on a variety of legal issues including formation, funding, real-estate leasing, employment, regulatory compliance, and due diligence. He is an experienced attorney-adviser with expertise in international law, regulatory compliance, contracts, privacy/data protection law, and small- and medium-sized businesses. Jason is a recent graduate of an interdisciplinary Master’s program in law and economics.
