He founded the site, reviewfraud.org, which seeks to protect consumers by investigating and exposing businesses that are creating fraudulent reviews. He has been featured by a variety of media sources, including The Today Show.
Jason is a Google My Business Gold Level Product Expert, formerly the Top Contributor program. He currently consults with businesses that need help with negative reviews.
