INCO-Herent’s main mission is to provide a clear understanding of how to choose and verify appropriate use of INCOterms when people buy or sell across international borders to capture accurately costs and risks. INCO-Herent was founded at the 2018 Global Legal Hackathon in Cleveland, Ohio.
