Ian O’Flaherty is the Founder and CEO of LIT SOFTWARE, LLC which has designed and developed the leading and award-winning legal specific apps available for iPad: TrialPad, TranscriptPad, and DocReviewPad. LIT SOFTWARE’s apps are used extensively by small and medium sized law firms, Am Law 100 firms, corporate counsel for Fortune 500 companies, prosecutors, public defenders, the United States Department of Justice, and other government agencies. Mr. O’Flaherty is also President of Saurian Litigation Support, based in Miami, Florida which provides the electronic presentation of evidence at trial, arbitration, mediation, or any quasi-judicial forum. Mr. O’Flaherty is an expert in the electronic presentation of evidence, and in the design and development of mobile apps to increase efficiency and reduce costs in all stages of litigation. Mr. O’Flaherty has over twenty years of direct involvement in litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He is a highly experienced trial presentation consultant, with expertise in conveying critical information to the trier of fact in a visually effective manner, and providing a seamless integration of technology with the legal argument. Mr. O’Flaherty has worked on multiple high-profile matters in the United States and Europe, including multidistrict litigation, class action lawsuits, complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, construction litigation, professional malpractice, medical negligence, products liability, personal injury, and criminal cases.
