Howard M. Rosenblatt has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1982. He graduated from the Levin College of Law in December, 1981 and began a solo practice associated with Birr, Bryant and Saier (later Birr, Bryant, Saier, Ross and Smith) in 1983. In 1985, he incorporated as H. M. Rosenblatt, P. A. and maintained a solo practice focused on Estate Planning, Financial Planning and Probate. During this time, he was also a Financial Professional with MONY (and later AXA Advisors) until he retired as a financial advisor in September, 2014. In October, 2015, he became of counsel to the law firm of Bogin, Munns and Munns and concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Financial and Retirement Planning and Probate.
He has served The Florida Bar as Chair of their Member Benefits Committee and Prepaid Legal Insurance Committee and currently serves as Treasurer of Florida Lawyers Legal Insurance Corporation. A Fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation, he is actively involved in helping consumers have affordable access to the legal system. He is on the legal panels for Hyatt Legal Services, ARAG and U. S. Legal as well as other companies which offer discounted legal services to their members.
