Heather White is head of global employment law with Allspring Global Investments as Global Human Resources and Employment Senior Counsel, responsible for advising on Allspring’s legal HR matters, with respect to employment, compensation, and benefits. She’s experienced in litigation, investigation, compliance, enforcement and employment matters. She was formerly with TIAA and a partner at a North Carolina law firm. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Barnard College and her J.D. at Wake Forest University School of Law.
