Gregg Morton is chair of the Animal Law Section of The Florida Bar. He is also a hearing officer on the Public Employees Relations Commission. Previously he was a senior attorney on the Florida Supreme Court. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida and his M.A. ana B.A. in political science and international studies at Ohio University.
