Gerard Belfort is an associate in the Litigation Department of Ballard Spahr. He represents companies and individuals in a wide range of civil and criminal disputes in federal and state courts. He also provides counsel to people and entities facing various types of government and regulatory inquiries.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Gerard served as a law clerk for a district court judge in federal court in Chicago.
