Genevieve M. Sauter is a partner with the San Diego firm of Noonan Lance Boyer & Banach LLP. She works with complex business and civil litigation issues. Sauter has experience in all aspects of case management, including litigation strategy, e-discovery, and dispositive motion practice. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in practice areas including general civil, business, financial services, and intellectual property litigation.
A member of the Pretrial Practice & Discovery Committee of the American Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association and Lawyers Club of San Diego, Sauter was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012. She also has served as a director of the San Diego County Bar Foundation.
Sauter earned her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and her JD from the University of San Diego School of Law.
