Elizabeth Derrico is an executive at the American Bar Association (ABA) and an associate executive director of the New York State Bar Association. In her position, Derrico serves as associate executive director of strategic member engagement. Between 1984 and 1995, she worked at the State Bar Association, first as a local bar services representative and then as associate director of communications. Derrico has been associate director for the division of bar services at the Chicago headquarters of American Bar Association (ABA) since 1995. In this position, she has management responsibility for the Division of Bar Services’ consulting services and field services program, clearinghouse and information services, Bar Leadership Institute, and social media and marketing initiatives. A graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, Dericco earned a master’s degree in public affairs from the State University of New York at Albany.
