As a senior counsel at Parker, Milliken, Clark, O’Hara & Samuelian, Edzyl Magante specializes in commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and appellate practice. He has years of experience representing both individual and corporate clients as plaintiffs and defendants in various commercial and employment litigation cases.
Mr. Magante has successfully litigated cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, accounting, conversion, and violations of the Business and Professions Code. He has also represented employees and employers in claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations, including class actions.
Before his career in law, Mr. Magante clerked at the Supreme Court of the Philippines and taught conflict of laws and international economic law at Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, a top-tier Philippine law school. He is licensed to practice in all state courts and federal district courts in California.
