Drew Downing

Drew Downing is a senior attorney with Van Cott & Talamante in Phoenix, Arizona. He handles insurance regulatory and related litigation matters, including insurance receiverships and insolvencies. For more than 20 years, Downing has also represented individuals and families with claims in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Downing earned a bachelor’s from Rice University before earning his law degree from the University of Tulsa.
