Dr. Paul Finkelman

Paul Finkelman is the McKinley Distinguished Professor of Law, emeritus at Albany Law School, the author of more than fifty books and hundreds of scholarly articles. The U.S. Supreme Court has cited his work in seven decisions. His most recent major book is Supreme Injustice: Slavery in the Nation’s Highest Court (Harvard University Press).
