Dr. Giugi Carminati, Esq., CEDS, JSD, CIPP/E, LPM, is an experienced litigator and certified Legal Project Manager and eDiscovery Director for NDH, LLC, a Georgia-based firm.
Carminati previously worked in BigLaw at Weil Gotshal and throughout her career has represented clients with logistics, mining, and field operations in North America, Europe, Central America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
Carminati also is an author, blogger and lecturer on e-discovery, legal tech, feminism, gender equality, and gender-based violence.
Carminati earned her BA in History, Political Science and French from University of Houston, her J.D. from University of Houston Law Center, and her LLM from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
