Deborah Minnis is an attorney and shareholder at Ausley & McMullen in Tallahassee, Florida, with over 30 years of administrative law and governmental experience. She worked as an assistant attorney general representing state agencies for over 6 years handling civil rights and employment discrimination litigation matters. Upon joining Ausley & McMullen in 1991, she began working with both the Leon County and Gadsden County School Boards representing them in a variety of matters including employment and civil rights issues.
