Danielle Haugland is a seasoned lawyer with deep experience at the intersection of business, law, technology and compliance. Today, Danielle leverages that experience as the Global Director of Business Development at Integreon, recognized by Chambers and Partners as the “standard bearer” for alternative legal services providers. In her current role, Danielle counsels law firms and corporate law departments on recent strides in legal innovation in order to mitigate risk and drive operational efficiencies around discovery, contracts management and regulatory compliance. Before diving in to the world of legal innovation, Danielle was an antitrust and commercial litigator at DLA Piper US L.L.P. and King & Spalding. She is active in the antitrust bar, currently serving as Vice Chair of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Content Committee. Danielle also served on the Executive Committee of the California Bar Association’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Section, during which she was Managing Editor of the Section’s treatise on California Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law, as well as a Council Member of the Antitrust and Business Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas. Danielle serves on the Board of the Kif Brown Foundation, a charitable organization devoted to bettering the lives of cancer patients and their families by sharing knowledge and resources gained through Kif’s journey and continuing research.
