Danielle Hall serves as the Executive Director for the Kansas Lawyers Assistance Program. In addition to overseeing the daily operations, she administers a variety of programs for lawyers and law students who need assistance and resources due to a substance use, mental health, or law practice management related issue. Prior to her appointment in 2019, Danielle served as a Deputy Disciplinary Administrator for the Kansas Office of the Disciplinary Administrator where she prosecuted attorney misconduct cases and coordinated the Attorney Diversion Program. As part of the program, she provided training to lawyers in the areas of law practice management and technology and assisted lawyers in overcoming stress and burnout.
Danielle has also previously worked for the Kansas Bar Association, serving as the organization’s Law Practice Services Director where she developed the organization’s Law Office Management Assistance Program. Danielle serves as the VP of Policy for the Institute for Well-Being in Law, Chair of the Kansas Bar Association Law Practice Management Committee and is a member of the Kansas Lawyer Well-Being Task Force Executive Committee and the Kansas Bar Association Ethics Advisory Committee. She is also an active member in the ABA Law Practice Division, having served on several committees, and is a regular contributor to the Product Watch column of the LP Division’s Law Practice Magazine. In her free time, she teaches law office technology in the Legal Studies Department at Washburn University and is an adjunct professor at Washburn School of Law, teaching Law Practice Management and serves as faculty for the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Danielle received her J.D. in 2009 from Washburn School of Law and was named the Graduate of the Last Decade in 2019.
